When anxiety, trauma, or unresolved experiences from the past keep resurfacing, life can feel exhausting and overwhelming. You may feel stuck, confused, or worn down from trying to hold everything together on your own. Healing is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone.
I help children and adults move beyond trauma and anxiety by providing a safe, supportive space where meaningful healing can take place. Rather than focusing only on symptom management, we work together to gently uncover the root causes driving distress. This process allows for greater clarity, emotional relief, and the inner strength needed to face life with confidence and resilience.
My work is grounded in neuroscience-informed, evidence-based therapies and thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs and goals. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Flash Technique, Sand Tray Therapy, Play Therapy, and Art Therapy—approaches that honor how you process, integrate, and heal.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University of Irvine and a Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of California, San Francisco. I currently practice as an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor under the supervision of Debbie Ciulla, MA, LMFT #98887. My background in both healthcare and mental health informs a strong respect for the mind–body connection and a commitment to compassionate, ethical care.
I specialize in trauma and anxiety treatment and work with both children and adults. I am dedicated to providing individualized care that supports lasting change—not quick fixes.
If you’re ready to take the first step toward healing, I invite you to schedule an initial consultation. You are worth the investment in your well-being.
