About Me
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University, my work is guided by a passion for supporting individuals in healing in a holistic way—mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. This process is collaborative and supportive, offering a space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we will explore ways to build coping strategies, strengthen self-care, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Community Workshops & Classes
In the near future, I plan to begin offering community-based classes and workshops centered around mental health, personal growth, creativity, and connection. These offerings are currently in development and will be designed to provide a supportive, welcoming space for individuals to explore their emotions, build coping skills, and engage with others in meaningful ways.
Workshops may include elements of:
-
Art and creative expression
-
Stress and anxiety management
-
Mindfulness and self-care practices
-
Group connection and shared experiences
More details will be shared as these opportunities become available. I look forward to creating spaces that foster growth, healing, and community.
