Jennifer Gabriel

Jennifer is a trauma-informed therapist who walks alongside individuals navigating the complexities of pain, healing, and identity. She has spent many years supporting exploited and vulnerable youth, adults recovering from trauma, and those longing to feel grounded and whole again. Her clinical work includes supporting anxiety, developmental trauma, PTSD, grief, attachment wounds, and life transitions always honoring the dignity and story of each person she works with.

Jennifer believes healing is both courageous and sacred. In her therapeutic approach, she integrates evidence-based practices as well as somatic therapy, EMDR, and art-based processing with a gentle, faith-rooted perspective that invites clients to find safety, grounding, and hope. She considers the therapeutic relationship a place where the nervous system can exhale, and the heart can remember its capacity to rebuild.

Whether working with teens, adults, or survivors reclaiming their narrative, Jennifer creates a space that is compassionate, non-judgmental, and deeply supportive. Her desire is to help each client recognize their inherent worth, develop emotional resilience, and experience restoration that reaches both heart and soul.
