I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC #21716) working under the supervision of Debbie Ciulla, MA, LMFT #98887. I specialize in working with teens and young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship challenges.
Adolescence and early adulthood can feel overwhelming. You may be struggling with self-doubt, intense emotions, loss, family conflict, or patterns in relationships that leave you feeling disconnected or misunderstood. My goal is to help you make sense of your experiences, develop healthier attachments, and build a more grounded and compassionate relationship with yourself.
I am especially passionate about supporting clients who:
-
Feel stuck in cycles of anxiety or depression
-
Are processing grief or significant life transitions
-
Have experienced trauma (recent or childhood)
-
Struggle with attachment wounds or relationship patterns
-
Long to feel more secure, confident, and emotionally regulated
-
Are seeking Christian counseling and faith-integrated support
I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and unique to you. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I integrate creative and experiential approaches such as art, sand tray, play, and somatic-based techniques. These methods can help access deeper emotions, process trauma, and support healing in ways that words alone sometimes cannot.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel vulnerable. Whether you’re in a difficult season, feeling overwhelmed, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, it would be an honor to walk alongside you. I invite you to reach out for a free consultation so we can explore how I can support you.
